Full-time Permanent Role - 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Occasionally hours will be required around weekends / evenings for special events.

Salary: 23,000-25,000 + Bonus

What to expect

As a craft beer warehouse lead you will join the 100% Cold Chain team at our Leeds site, supporting our operations in Europe.

Respected by our UK partner breweries and French venues you will play a crucial role creating lasting memories.

We run a cold chain service to France - taking incredible UK craft beers and delivering them with taproom freshness to the French market the same week.

You'll join a small team committed to delivering unforgettable craft beers to bottle shops and bars all over France.

This exciting role will allow you to develop your career blending creativity and entrepreneurial flair in a small business that's constantly evolving within an innovative craft beer scene.

We will provide training and experienced team members will be there to support you.

What we are looking for
You are highly-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset. You are agile in thought

and meticulous in process. You understand the importance of effective communication and you engage positively with all business partners and team members.

What You'll Do

Attend team meetings, reflect and contribute meaningfully
Drive process improvements for efficiency of the warehouse operations
Train and support new employees
Assume responsibility for ensuring that all standard procedures are followed correctly
Escalate issues appropriately
Account for employee supervision of health and safety in the warehouse
Take ownership for the accuracy of order fulfillment
Ensure all documentation is updated and accurate
Manage stock taking, ensuring inventory checks are accurate at all times
Maintain a high level of clean working environment
Follow health & safety guidance
Receive goods into the warehouse and record delivery data
Lift cases & kegs (up to 31 kg) onto pallets, wrap and label pallets
Load & unload deliveries using a forklift truck (training will be provided)
