Description

As an Operations Assistant you will join the 100% Cold Chain team, supporting our operations in the UK and France.

You will be a professional and trusted point of contact for our warehouse and other stakeholders, including high profile UK craft breweries and venues in France.

Training will be provided.

What You'll Do

Stock management
Purchase orders
Health & Safety checks
Organise transport
Liase with warehouse team
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
Manage internal and external correspondence
Manage daytoday operations, whilst recommending and driving necessary process improvements
Ensure all internal processes are compliant and report any potential irregularities
Constantly search for ways to optimise, reduce or eliminate unnecessary tasks
Foster and maintain a rapport with our partner breweries, venues, and other stakeholders
Show flexibility to support the different needs of the business in relation to the sales and logistics on an adhoc basis

What You'll Bring

Administrative and operational experience preferred
Meticulous rigour in tracking and data presentation.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles beneficial
Ability to thrive in a teambased environment and achieve common goals
Great problemsolving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive
Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload, and meet deadlines
Positivity, enthusiasm and a passion towards the mission of independent craft beer (there is no requirement to be a beer drinker)
Confident in learning and adapting to mutiple technologies
Good knowledge of Google Workspace
Ability to speak, read, and write professionally in English
Ability to communicate in French a plus.
