    Job Summary
    Are you a Nurse who is enthusiastic and ready for a challenge? The East Site Stoma/Colorectal Nursing team is looking for a highly motivated practitioner to promote and develop clinical excellence. Join the nursing team to provide support in inpatient/outpatient areas.
    Main Duties of the Job
    - Deliver patient care complementary to Doctors and other health professionals in Stoma/Colorectal Care
    - Act as part of the stoma care nursing team for in-patient and out-patient services
    - Collaborate with the Stoma/Colorectal team for holistic patient care needs

    Job Responsibilities
    • Registered Nurse with current Registration
    • Post Registration Education, Diploma/Degree Level
    • Experience at Band 5 level or above
    • Involvement in change management and practice/quality improvements
    • Organizational and Leadership skills
    • Experience in multi-professional working
    Welsh Language Skills can be learned on appointment. Both Welsh and English speakers are welcome to apply.
    Skills/Competence
    Essential
    • Knowledge of Lower Gastro-intestinal disorders
    • Verbal and non-verbal communication skills
    • Teaching skills
    Qualifications
    Essential
    • Current Registration
    • RGN First Level Nurse
    • Nursing Diploma
    Desirable
    • Stoma/Colorectal Course or equivalent
      • Experience
      Essential
      • Post-registration experience with Stoma/Colorectal patients
      • Knowledge of Lower Gastro-intestinal disorders
