- Support children's social and emotional development, fostering positive relationships and behavior.
- Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health and safety policies.
- Proven experience as a Nursery Nurse, with comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Framework.
- Experience working across different age groups, from the baby room to preschool.
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
