Are you a Recruitment Consultant and currently feeling undervalued and overworked?
Our client is a market leading Education Recruitment business.
Are you fed up with KPI-bashing and want a more adult and trusting work culture?
You will take up the position of Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant and be working alongside the branch manager who has already been working over the past years to ensure that London is a 'warm' area with a candidate flow and regular vacancies coming in.
There is genuinely excellent earning potential with the projected OTE in Year 1 being £45,000 and Year 2 being £50,000.
The culture at this company is a very mature one, where common sense applies and loyalty, hard-work and commitment works both ways.
You won't be under the microscope with constant KPI's, but team-work and open communication will be essential to be successful in this office.
