- Territory responsibility (all DP and Team products).
- Primary sales support for each territory.
- Support for Sales demos.
- Proposal technical response (RFP) support.
- New feature requests.
- Primary distributor & customer support for each territory.
- Handle support cases.
- Enter JIRA Issues.
- Escalate customer issues.
- Distributor & customer training to include; Develop training materials for your products and conducting training courses at the businesses offices or customer sites.
- Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Requires a Bachelor of Science or equivalent from a technical school with related experience and/or training.
