Oldercare (Haslemere) Ltd - incorporating St Magnus Nursing, St Magnus House Ltd and St Martha's, based in Haslemere, Surrey, are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a administrative assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks.

You will support the HR department in duties such as posting jobs ads, updating our HR databases and processing employees requests.


Responsibilities

  • Organise, compile and update company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, etc.
  • Process employees' requests and provide relevant information
  • Collaborate posting jobs ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
  • Manage and address queries
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Assisting in payroll preparation
  • Ability to take minutes

Job requirements

  • Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant
  • Teamwork skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
