Description
Oldercare (Haslemere) Ltd - incorporating St Magnus Nursing, St Magnus House Ltd and St Martha's, based in Haslemere, Surrey, are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a administrative assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks.
You will support the HR department in duties such as posting jobs ads, updating our HR databases and processing employees requests.
Responsibilities
- Organise, compile and update company personnel records and documentation
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, etc.
- Process employees' requests and provide relevant information
- Collaborate posting jobs ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
- Manage and address queries
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Assisting in payroll preparation
- Ability to take minutes
Job requirements
- Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant
- Teamwork skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
