Our Chartered Surveyors, Farm Business Consultants, Planning and Development Professionals, Valuers, Environmental Specialists and Estate Agents provide a full range of services for our rural client base.


Main purpose of the job:


As our Social Media Executive based in Richmond, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our target audience.


This role will suit someone who is proactive and forward-thinking, has excellent knowledge of social media and a strong background in content creation and copywriting for social.


You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media accounts, creating content, and monitoring and reporting on social media metrics.


Working within the highly collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to contribute to the broader marketing team objectives.


Reporting Structure:

The role reports to the Marketing and Communications Director.


The role and responsibilities:


  • Create compelling campaign content including thought leadership and devise creative ways of reaching our target audiences using a multichannel approach, ensuring consistency with brand visual identity, voice, and style.
  • Help to plan and manage our social media calendar.
  • Write scripts, social media posts and website content.
  • Create social media assets in Canva.
  • Proactively planning and executing the correct activity levels & correct timing
  • Analyse results to identify opportunities to expand our reach and drive more engagement.
  • Liaison with internal departments regarding content.
  • Writing content for social media posts in line with company branding and objectives.
  • Proactively researching and recommending new ideas.
  • Administration tasks in relation to projects and events.

The skills we are looking for in you:

  • Social media experience is essential, although it might be through a marketing content or copywriting role.
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or proven experience working within communications and social media.
  • Experience in the rural and/or property sector would be advantageous.
  • Confident liaising with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and project requirements.
  • Team player with autonomy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
  • Enthusiastic to take on new challenges and projects.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
