_Ador Talent are working with a leading UK coffee brand who have exciting opportunities You will be responsible for m_onitoring and managing the company's accounts receivable portfolio.

Our client is expanding within all areas of the company; and have invested heavily in a full new CRM which has resulted in the need for a Credit Controller to fully manage all the outstanding accounts and facilitate the movement onto direct debit.

Their HQ is based Bolton and the Credit Controller will be based predominantly from Bolton with the flexibility to work from home once trained and settled into the role._
You will be a professional and well organised individual who has experience within Credit Contol and Accounts Receivable._

The Role

Monitor and manage the company's accounts receivable portfolio.
Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve any payment disputes or discrepancies.
Implement credit control procedure's, including credit holds, payment reminders and escalation processes.
Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve payment issues.
Continuously evaluate and improve credit control processes.

Experience Required

Experience of credit control with a background in accounts
Effective communication and negotiation skills to interact with customers and the internal teams.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
