    At CloserStill, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst ready to step into a more senior role and take on significant responsibilities.

    In this role, you will manage the development and execution of data-driven strategies, championing PowerBI across the Group, and supporting the training and development of the existing dedicated team of analysts.

    Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyse, and interpret intricate data sets, translating them into actionable insights that empower informed decision-making at every level.


    Data Management and Analysis:

    Lead the building of bespoke dashboards and take ownership of the global Power BI Dashboards, ensuring accuracy, usability, and relevance to key stakeholders.

    Utilise advanced techniques to analyse large, complex data sets from various sources.
    Interpret data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
    Oversee all data builds, validation/enrichment projects, and audience segmentation efforts, ensuring data integrity and adherence to best practices.

    Ensure all data management processes and workflows are documented, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, efficiency, and scalability.

    Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including international teams, to understand business requirements and ensure alignment of data analytics efforts with organisational goals.

    Provide coaching, guidance, and support in analytical and technical skills across the Data Team.
    Work closely with data engineers to ensure robust integrations for data flows and supporting data warehouse initiatives.
    Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, encouraging innovation and creativity.

    Work closely with the Head of Data to deliver on clear goals and objectives and evaluate performance against established metrics.

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field is desirable.

    Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles, with a strong understanding of data warehousing and analytics concepts.

    Proficiency in programming and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python) for automation of tasks and building workflows.

    Knowledge of business processes, trends, and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
