Temp part time Sales ledger and credit controller - hybrid working - Jan start

This is a hybrid working role - 2 days home, 3 days in the office, part time 10am to 2pm.


40% Sales Ledger using Sage line 50, pref exp but can x train if used other accounts packages - loading invoices, matching to purchase orders.

As a 70 million turnover business, they are invoicing £1million a month, so high volume invoicing.

20% - general Accounts assistance.

They do use Applemac (Macbook) for their work so again if used before ideal.

Working in a hybrid team, in a serviced office free parking for the office days.

It does need to be a 5 day a week job but can be 10am to 2pm.

The hybrid element will be Mon and Fridays work from home, in office on Tues, Weds and Thursdays.


This is covering a full time perm role, but for the temp it is part time and expected duration is January and February.

You need to know how to use zoom for meetings whilst working from home.


They intend to train in the first week, and then you should be able to do the work from home two days a week.

A laptop and a mobile phone will be loaned to you.

They would also look at Temp to Perm should you like the role and they feel you are suitable.
