Their latest career opportunity is for a HR & Training Administrator.Responsibilities for the HR & Training Administrator role include:
- Implementation and record maintenance of a digitalised HR and Training system
- Working closely will colleagues to action HR queries
- Carrying out recruitment and onboarding processes; including retention strategies through internal development
- Providing support to the manufacturing team for the delivery of internal training
- Event management support for employee recognition events
Essential Experience:
- Experience of working in a HR/Training & Development department, or a related role
- Excellent IT skills
- Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards)
- HR Employment Law practices
