Responsibilities for the HR & Training Administrator role include:

  • Implementation and record maintenance of a digitalised HR and Training system
  • Working closely will colleagues to action HR queries
  • Carrying out recruitment and onboarding processes; including retention strategies through internal development
  • Providing support to the manufacturing team for the delivery of internal training
  • Event management support for employee recognition events

Essential Experience:


  • Experience of working in a HR/Training & Development department, or a related role
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards)
  • HR Employment Law practices
