Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in person and provide product information
- Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Salary:
From £24,402.53 per year
