Responsibilities:


  • Interact with customers in person and provide product information
  • Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Upsell products or services to customers when applicable

Qualifications:


  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

From £24,402.53 per year
