Call Centre Representative

Duties:


  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively
  • Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyse customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions
  • Communicate with customers in person in a day to day basis
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette and maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers

Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Customer serviceoriented with a focus on providing exceptional service

Salary:
From £24,752.33 per year
