Call Centre Representative
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively
- Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyse customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions
- Communicate with customers in person in a day to day basis
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fastpaced environment
- Customer serviceoriented with a focus on providing exceptional service
Salary:
From £24,752.33 per year
