Smart Business Link is a payment hub for the UK Automotive repair market and specialises in the purchase of invoices from repairers and the collection of debt from insurers.
SBL is an evolving and growing business, and this is an opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:_
Building rapport, educating, and liaising with clients daily.
Solely responsible for credit controlling your own ledger
Ensure debtors pay on time and chase any overdue invoices
Issue of monthly statements
Verifying invoices & resolving queries with clients & debtors.
Working with Clients and Debtors to help bring efficiencies into the market.
Any other adhoc duties.

Essential Skills / Experience:_
Ability to negotiate, influence, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and debtors.
Good decision making, relationship management and communication skills.
Experience working in a cash collection environment
Comfortable working with data
Produce detailed accurate work
Ability to interpret information provided in a timely manner.
Adequate IT skills.
Ability to multi-task
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
