Introduction
Smart Business Link is a invoice discounting company that specialises within the UK automotive repair industry. As a fast-growing business, SBL provides a variety of opportunities to develop and grow within a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and lead a team of employees to meet strict deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed including conducting 121 reviews.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and updates.
  • Oversee data entry and clerical tasks.
  • Reviewing, investigating, and resolving payment discrepancies.
  • Reviewing new work provider contracts and implementing accurate invoicing and fee structures.
  • Completing due diligence and signing off new work providers.
  • Analysing client ledgers prior to funding ensuring they adhere to SBL's covenants.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and resolving any queries/complaints in a timely manner.
  • Review, analyse and implement process improvements to maximise efficiencies.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and decision making.

Job Types:

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
