Smart Business Link is a payment hub for the UK Automotive repair market and specialises in the purchase of invoices from repairers and the collection of debt from insurers.
SBL is an evolving and growing business, and this is an opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
_Responsibilities:
_
Working with clients in a customer focused environment
Working with Clients and Debtors to help bring efficiencies
Produce and help develop quality Daily and Weekly Client Information
Produce and help develop quality Daily and Weekly Management Information
Cash allocations / Reconciliation & maintaining unallocated cash
Dealing with customer invoice queries & chasing overdue debt.
Any other adhoc duties.
_Essential Skills / Experience:
_
Good Overall Microsoft Office and IT Skills
Experience working in a cash collection environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
Comfortable working with data
Able to help develop and run complex data models
Good communicator and able to forge lasting client relationships
Produce detailed accurate work
Ability to multi-task
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
