The Role
The Reward and Benefits Analyst will provide specialist compensation and benefits to the Reward team.

You will work on a variety of projects and ensure to deliver effective and accurate HR information, trend analysis and insight for business customers andwider partners.


  • Support the wider business with Job evaluation and rewards focusing on business change
  • Lead and coordinate regular monitoring and auditing of the Reward and Benefits data points in the HR system
  • Deliver specialist pay and compensation advice and guidance to the HR community as required
  • Work with and build effective networks with key internal and external stakeholders


Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities.

This role at CUK09 and is offered on a full-time 6 months fixed term contract/secondment basis with at least two daysbased in our Southampton office.

Alongside bringing these to the role, you'll also need:


  • Be an analytical thinker with experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate information management
  • Experience of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • HR, Finance or Data Analyst experience with the ability to follow processes with effective planning and organisational skills
  • Be an effective communicator
