Elite Associates have partnered with a London based bespoke streetwear brand, to support on the hire of their
Production Manager.

As
Production Manager, your role will include

  • Working across the following areas: ReadytoWear (RTW), Tailoring and MadetoMeasure (MTM)
  • Categories including: Tailoring, Topcoats, Shirts, Trousers
  • Liaise with sales team and clients. Agree with suppliers their production plans and production capacity to match Cloth Surgeon business requirements


  • For all MTM

  • Manage POs and ensure all related data in Tech Packs is maintained accordingly
  • For all responsible categories: create POs in SAP; follow up with and control planning with suppliers, ensuring they are respecting confirmed delivery plans; create a tracking report to update on the MTM delivery status
  • Manage the Stock orders from the shop to the factory in line with the production timeline, whilst also liaising with factory for RTW
**Other duties included

  • Liaising with highnetworth clients
  • Liaising with the factory for RTW
  • Maintaining highly organised
  • Dealing with orders from the shop and the factory
  • Dealing with tec packs & cad packs
  • Sourcing and ordering of fabrics
  • Significant experience in similar role within a highend fashion business
  • Significant experience in Supplier and Production Planning
  • High level of experience in menswear
  • Stong working knowledge of luxury fashion supply chain processes
