ADMINISTRATOR


Working within a continuously growing Accountancy firm we are looking for an administrator to join our central office based in Lincoln.


Responsibilities
The work will involve a wide range of administrative duties, including:

  • Word processing of letters
- setting up new clients, scanning and post duties.

  • To also cover reception as and when needed and duties will include the meeting and greeting of clients/visitors,
  • Answering and transferring internal and external calls
  • All admin Ad hoc duties

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- literate in Microsoft packages

  • Strong communication and have a personable attitude
  • Achieved 5 GCSE,s or A level
  • Have previous experience in administration
