Job Purpose
In this administrative support role will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of all partner enrolment paperwork, ensuring that it is compliant and recorded accurately, processing of non-compliant and funding queries on enrolments in line with internalSLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet Key Performance Indicators, including but not exclusive to error rates and inputting levels
- Process all partner enrolment paperwork in accordance with requirements, including but not exclusive to compliance checking, accurate and timely data inputting, identifying issues, withdrawals
- Contact learners to confirm enrolment queries and address noncompliant paperwork in a timely manner
- Contact learners to confirm and gain evidence of fully funding status
- Update third party systems when required
- Ensure all enrolment documentation is scanned and attached accurately
- Send complete partner paperwork to the funding partner
- Action partner enrolment queries in a timely manner
- Attend external partners training events as and when necessary
- To reconcile data between internal and external partners.
Salary:
£18,574.88
