- Assist and/or manage the day-to-day running of the mailroom, ensuring the sorting and distribution of incoming mail and deliveries according to site processes
- Arrange DHL and courier collections, as well as franking outgoing mail
- Collect mail from around the building and provide cover as required for Front of House
- Support and collaborate with team members as required
- Raise, update, and review tickets within the facilities management system
- Build and maintain strong positive relationships with customers and vendors, promoting excellent service
- Participate in the development and roll out of policies and procedures
- Initiate interventions to solve problems and actively promote safety measures in the building
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
- Previous experience in facilities management or relevant field
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation relevant to the FM industry
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client relationship development experience
- Proficient in MS Office programmes and internal systems
- A team player with the ability to work unsupervised
- Competent and confident in managing workload
- Presents a professional appearance
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable to a varied and complex workload
