BDS are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Support Worker to be based in Nottingham,
This will be working for a local housing association, working with vulnerable adults.

For this role you must have;

Experience of working with vulnerable people
Experience of working with adult offenders.
Experience of delivering housing related support to vulnerable people
Experience of managing tenure and the completion of tenure documentation including taking appropriate action in line with legal requirements and policy.
Experience of managing the collection and recording of rental income along with experience of liaising with Housing Benefit departments to facilitate claims.
Experience of managing voids and relets.
Experience in undertaking Health and Safety inspections of properties in respect of repairs, maintenance and fire safety.
Experience in completing a comprehensive assessment of risk.

This is a temporary ongoing position, Working hours are 35 per week Mon -Fri 9am - 5pm.

Pay rate of £11.38 per hour, Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Full driving licence and business insurance required.
Experience of working with offenders.
