BDS are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Support Worker to be based in Nottingham,
This will be working for a local housing association, working with vulnerable adults.

For this role you must have;

  • Experience of working with vulnerable people
  • Experience of working with adult offenders.
  • Experience of delivering housing related support to vulnerable people
  • Experience of managing tenure and the completion of tenure documentation including taking appropriate action in line with legal requirements and policy.
  • Experience of managing the collection and recording of rental income along with experience of liaising with Housing Benefit departments to facilitate claims.
  • Experience of managing voids and relets.
  • Experience in undertaking Health and Safety inspections of properties in respect of repairs, maintenance and fire safety.
  • Experience in completing a comprehensive assessment of risk.
This is a temporary ongoing position, Working hours are 35 per week Mon -Fri 9am - 5pm.

Pay rate of £11.38 per hour, Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Full driving licence and business insurance required.
Experience of working with offenders.
