Overview:
Job Purpose
The purpose of the job is to provide support and assistance to the accountants in the Management team to ensure that all required services are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
Main Responsibilities
- General office administration including scanning, filing, binding and sorting post
- Receipt processing
- Assisting with banking cash and cheques received
- Taking card payments from tenants
- Checking and inputting creditor invoices
- Assisting with weekly payment runs
- Providing support in producing client statements and adhoc management reports
- Raising charges and processing adhoc charges (insurance, utilities and repairs)
- Raising management fee invoices
- Maintaining client, tenant and creditor records
- Answering calls from tenants and suppliers
- Assist with credit control
- Adhoc duties as required within the Client Accounting team
Person Specification
The job will require someone with at least a year's experience of data entry within a finance team or in an administrative role.
Good fundamental mathematical skills, attention to detail and basic skills in MS Excel and Word would be beneficial.Full time position available; part-time hours by negotiation.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
GCSE in Maths and English
