Overview:

Job Purpose

The purpose of the job is to provide support and assistance to the accountants in the Management team to ensure that all required services are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.


Main Responsibilities

  • General office administration including scanning, filing, binding and sorting post
  • Receipt processing
  • Assisting with banking cash and cheques received
  • Taking card payments from tenants
  • Checking and inputting creditor invoices
  • Assisting with weekly payment runs
  • Providing support in producing client statements and adhoc management reports
  • Raising charges and processing adhoc charges (insurance, utilities and repairs)
  • Raising management fee invoices
  • Maintaining client, tenant and creditor records
  • Answering calls from tenants and suppliers
  • Assist with credit control
  • Adhoc duties as required within the Client Accounting team

Person Specification

The job will require someone with at least a year's experience of data entry within a finance team or in an administrative role.

Good fundamental mathematical skills, attention to detail and basic skills in MS Excel and Word would be beneficial.

Full time position available; part-time hours by negotiation.


Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:
GCSE in Maths and English
