Overview:

Bruton Knowles LLP_ is an independently owned Chartered Surveying practice who provide a comprehensive range of surveying and property services. Our geographic reach covers the whole of England and Wales.

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Finance Assistant within our Commercial Team.

The purpose of the job is to provide support and assistance on Finance matters for the team to ensure that all required services provided for clients are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

Receipt processing.
Assisting with banking cash & cheques received.
Dealing with invoices and client queries.
Updating of financial documents and records
Liaising with internal teams to ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
Providing support in producing client statements & adhoc reports.
Upholding payment procedures and policies that ensure timely payment.
Completion of prospective client antimoney laundering due diligence.
General office administration including scanning, filing, archiving and binding.
Assisting with answering incoming calls.
Adhoc duties as required within the Bruton Knowles Finance team.

The job will require someone who has the desire to pursue a career in Finance, who is proactive, willing to learn and develop in a friendly and supportive team.

Qualifications:

GCSE in Maths and English.
