Overview:
Bruton Knowles LLP is an independently owned Chartered Surveying practice who provide a comprehensive range of surveying and property services.
We are looking to recruit an Receptionist - Administartor to provide professional receptionist and administrative services to the business based from the Gloucester Office.
Responsibilities:
- Operating a switchboard and taking calls
- Receiving visitors and clients into the office and maintaining a visitors book
- Managing the meeting room
- Completing document archiving
- Updating the contractors database
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Ordering and managing the stock of stationary, paper and kitchen supplies
- Coordinating Health and Safety and Fire requirements in the Gloucester Office
- Liaising with the property management company
- Supporting the business with administrator duties, as required, including bulk mail
- Liaising with suppliers in relation to photocopiers and other office equipment
- Maintain stock level for IT equipment and assist with the distribution
- Any other administrative duties to support the Gloucester Office
Qualifications & Experience:
The job will require someone who has ideally come from a receptionist or customer services background and who is organised, presentable and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- IT Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft packages and phone systems
