    Job Title: Senior Nurse Practitioner at Warrington Recovery Team

    Join our fantastic, caring, and supportive team at Warrington Recovery Team as a B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner. We are dedicated to providing excellent care, treatment, and support to adults with mental health needs.

    Work alongside a multi disciplinary team to offer care, treatment, and support to service users with complex mental health needs. Collaborate with carers, families, and partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes.

    Office location: Wakefield House. Office hours: Mon to Fri, 9-5.

    Main Duties:

    • Provide care, treatment, and support to service users
    • Undertake clinic duties as required
    • Contribute to office duty on a rota basis
    • Liaise with other services and partner agencies
    • Work closely with carers and families

    Mersey Care is known for providing both physical and mental health services in the North West. They offer specialist services supporting both physical and mental health needs. As part of the organization, you will receive ongoing clinical supervision and have opportunities for professional development.

    Qualifications

    • NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
    • Assessor/Mentorship Training

    Knowledge/Experience

    • Experience working in an acute environment
    • Experience in mentorship and staff coordination
    • Experience as a Nurse in Charge/Shift Coordinator
    • Experience in Care Planning
    • Demonstrate leadership skills
    • Experience in problem-solving
    • Recovery Model familiarity
    • Mental Health Act (1983) knowledge
    • Effective Care Coordination
    • Knowledge of national policies and guidance
    • Evidence-based and reflective practice
