Director Of Revenue & Customer Sales

We have an amazing opportunity for a Director of Revenue to join our Revenue & Sales team.

The purpose of this position is to create a seamless Revenue Management and Customer Sales culture for driving revenue whilst motivating and driving the customer sales team to exceed in service delivery, optimize booking opportunities and promote customer retention and loyalty.

The Director of Revenue is responsible for recommending, developing, and implementing revenue strategy across all channels and for developing a strong revenue and customer sales pipeline.

The DOR will ensure the reservation process is seamless and complementing and driving the positioning of Shangri-La hotel, At The Shard as London's leading deluxe hotel.

Who are we?

Shangri-La Hotel, At The Shard, London is the first elevated luxury hotel in the city.

It offers 202 guestrooms and suites - located throughout levels 34 & 52 of The Shard, Western Europe's tallest building.

With unparalleled views across London, the hotel features a number of signature dining venues & three river-facing event spaces. Level 52 is home to 24-hour gym, Western Europe's highest infinity pool & bar.

Located in London's most historic area, the hotel is nearby the financial hubs of the City and Canary Wharf as well as key tourist attractions such as Tate Modern, the Tower of London, St.

Paul's Cathedral, Shakespeare's Globe and Borough Market.

What we are looking for?

Experience with Opera and Delphi
Flexible & adaptable to different working conditions
Computer Knowledge, in depth experience with working with different computer systems
Product knowledge
Living within a commutable distance from the hotel.


You will:

University degree (Bachelor) or evidence in delivering clear Revenue growth, within their career.
Oral & written fluency in English
2/3 years, ideally within a similar environment around revenue optimisation roles
Good business, organisational and analytical skills
Attention to detail, ability to translate data into understandable & actionable information
Commitment to our values and beliefs
Build & maintain relationships with all stakeholders
