Basic silicone and grouting skills

The Role?


To ensure preventive maintenance schedules, engineering maintenance requests and new work orders are performed and correctly recorded and submit a weekly work completion record to Assistant Director of Engineering for approval.


  • To participate in training required for fulfilling the multiskills policy set out by the hotel management.
  • Be environmentally friendly, encourage and actively participate in all Hotel energy saving initiatives, reduce waste, recycle when possible, and reuse whenever applicable.
  • Performs his/her duties in a way that upholds our Core Values (humility, courtesy, respect, helpfulness, and sincerity) and Code of Conduct always.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as outlined in the Engineering Services Manual or as directed by the Assistant DOE, DOE, Maintenance Manager and General Manager and Resident Manager

What we're looking for:

3 years experience within the same or similar role
Specialist in Marble polishing exposure
Good computer skills
Oral and written fluency in English
Confidence in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment
