Job Title:
Client Services Executive

Core details:
Our well-established client are centrally located within Burgess Hill, offering free parking and easy access to transport network. A Monday to Friday role, with a slightly earlier finish time on a Friday. Salary of £23,000- £27,500 p/a depending on level of experience. A busy role joining a small team and servicing a range of new and existing clients.

  • Build relationships with customers through a variety of methods
  • Manage current jobs and associated administration
  • Liaise internally with other areas of the business
  • Provide scheduling updates to customers
  • Upsell where possible and handle pricing enquiries

The requirements:
This role needs someone with prior experience of handling customer or client accounts, providing a excellent and personable service. An organised, efficient and pro-active individual, with great attention to detail andan analytical approach.

You will need to possess a team spirit, with good communication skills, and be able to handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner.
