The Role
This position will involve close collaboration with various sport teams and report directly to the Design Director. The Team Sport division encompasses specialties such as Football, Motorsport, Rugby, and Cricket, areas where Castore has made a significant impact.
As a Design Manager at Castore, you'll need a strategic and creative mindset to bring the company's vision, as set by the Design Director, to life through the commercial collection plan. You'll set targets for your team, lead creative initiatives, and ensure the product assortment meets customer needs and the Castore aesthetic.
