Part-time Payroll Officer - Staffordshire, United Kingdom - Finance Recruitment Solutions
Description
Duties will includeCo-ordinate and complete monthly payroll
Work closely with the HR Officer to update payroll and pension changes
Update Payroll system settings as required to ensure correct tax treatment of all pay elements and deductions including Occupational Sick Pay
Liaise with 3rd party payroll bureaus to ensure payroll processed for non-UK staff
Point of contact for all payroll queries - staff, audit, grant bodies etc
Reconciliation for all payroll related control accounts inc Pension, PAYE, Healthcare etc
Completion and circulation of annual P11ds electronically
Statutory reporting and payments to HMRC
Administration of Company Pension deductions and payments on time
Support the Finance team as required
Ensuring Payroll CPDs are up to date
