Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will need/be:

  • Experience in a customer service/support role
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to persuade and influence
  • Strong Team player with excellent attention to detail
  • Customer handling skills with clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to us own initiative to obtain all information required for resolution
  • Able to organise own work load and meet deadlines

Salary: Competitive

Working Hours: 37.5 hours week, Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm (30 minute lunch daily)

Role of Customer Support Specialist:


  • Inbound and outbound calls, handling enquires
  • Order processing
  • Support the Customer Service Manager
  • Internal daily administration
