ob Description:

I


n this role you will:
P
- articipate in the committees and governance process changes for College training, across the central Training & Quality Board and some of the sub-committees, including the 18 subspecialty groups.

A
- long with the Quality & Training Projects Coordinator, work with the Head of Department to provide administrative support on all aspects of training, quality and project related work

P
- articipate in the administrative work required to facilitate the implementation of policy initiatives affecting the training programme (e.g., from the GMC, the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges and national policies), and work with the Quality & Training Projects Coordinator to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of training received nationally.

- articipate in the recording, monitoring and evaluation of data for projects relating to the curriculum and quality.

- ork with members of the Quality and Training Projects team to manage and coordinate the College Specialty Advisory Committees

ou will report to Quality & Training Projects Coordinator and work with the wider Training Services team to:
s
- hare the work of supporting the processes and systems that support trainees in paediatric training. This includes the development of the ePortfolio system.

m
- onitoring training progression through committee activities and acting as the first point of call for ePortfolio development enquiries. ePortfolio development work includes 1. Functionality and making things work; 2. Reports; and 3. Dealing with Trainers/Trainees as needed.

- lan, schedule, deliver and administer some of the Training & Quality supported committees.

- rovide advice and support to trainees, responding to ePortfolio development and functionality related queries

- orking with the Q, T & P Coordinator, to provide administrative support for internal and external stakeholders committee activities related to RCPCH training matters.

- rovide ePortfolio related advice and support to both trainers and trainees, including development, functionality advice, sharing effective practice and clarifying internal and external policies affecting trainees.

- ducated to 'A' Level or relevant experience in a similar line of work
