    Sales Ledger Clerk Position

    Company Overview:

    We are in search of a Sales Ledger Clerk to join the dynamic team at our client's state-of-the-art offices.

    Do you possess some skills in sales ledger operations? Our client is more than willing to support your development and cover the costs for you to advance with AAT.

    You will become a valued member of a mid-sized accounting team responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their financial records. Under the guidance of the Sales Ledger Manager Accountant, this role presents a fantastic chance for professional development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Setting up new clients
    • Generating invoices
    • Handling banking activities and reconciliations
    • Issuing turnover statements
    • Pursuing overdue debts
    • Resolving rebate issues and managing filing
    • Verifying VAT inclusion on invoices
    • Supplying VAT receipts to creditors

    Desired Qualifications:

    To excel in this role, prior experience in an accounting position would be advantageous. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel is essential. Moreover, you should exhibit the following qualities:

    • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in accounting
    • Effective organizational and time management capabilities
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills

    Employee Perks:

    • Standard 37.5-hour workweek: Monday to Friday with flexible hours from 9 am to 5 pm / 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
