An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client's rapidly-growing, customer-focused energy supply company to head up the Customer Communications team.

You will work closely with teams across the business to ensure that communication channels are aligned with brand values, customer needs and business goals.
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer communication, content marketing or copywriting, preferably in the energy sector or a similar industry
. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and an ability to influence.
- Strong knowledge of communication principles, techniques and channels, with the ability to tailor content and tone to different audiences and purposes.
- Can demonstrate creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to generate and execute innovative and effective communication ideas.
- A datadriven and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to inform and improve communication decisions and outcomes.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about renewable energy and sustainability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review and evolve the customer communication strategy that aligns with brand values and business goals.
- Create and implement communication plans for various customer segments and journeys, such as onboarding, inlife, renewal, etc.
- Ensure that the tone of voice, style and messaging are consistent and reflect the brand personality and values.
- Test and optimise the performance and impact of customer communication campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other teams across the business to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
- Research and monitor customer feedback, preferences, and trends, and use them to inform and improve customer communication practices.
- Stay updated on the latest best practices and innovations in customer communication and renewable energy.
