We are currently recruiting for a Multitask Night Auditor to join our team at Ibis and Ibis Budget Birmingham Airport.

We are looking for somebody who is full of energy, has a great personality and takes pride in giving great customer service whenever they can

What will you be doing?

Welcoming and greeting guests on check in;
Answer and direct incoming calls;
Inform guests of hotel rates and services;
Make and confirm reservations for guests;
Ensure proper room allocation;
Issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms;
Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings;
Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts;
Provide accurate information about local attractions and services;
Process accurate payment of guest accounts;
Audit daily hotel revenues and ensure all daily transactions are balancing across all systems.
Ensure all financial discrepancies are justified and backed up.
Attend F&B facilities and provide F&B services during night time.
Assist in growing ALL program membership.
