We are looking for somebody who is full of energy, has a great personality and takes pride in giving great customer service whenever they can
What will you be doing?
- Welcoming and greeting guests on check in;
- Answer and direct incoming calls;
- Inform guests of hotel rates and services;
- Make and confirm reservations for guests;
- Ensure proper room allocation;
- Issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms;
- Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings;
- Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts;
- Provide accurate information about local attractions and services;
- Process accurate payment of guest accounts;
Work Experience
No previous work experience is mandatory, but the below skill set is preferred.
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Conflict resolution skills
- Flexible regarding work schedules

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary:
£10.66 per hour
