ibis Birmingham Airport has a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Team Member to join the team

Responsibilities and tasks includ

e:

Daily maintenance of the hotel bedrooms, building and public areas.
Provides reactive and proactive multiskilled service on all operational equipment and hotels' infrastructure.
Ensures a timely completion of work carried out.
PPM of the hotel
Implementation of followup of all Health & Safety procedures at the hotel.

The Maintenance Team Member looks after the hotel - bedrooms and public areas to ensure all equipment works well and that it is correctly maintained by addressing any possible issues ( i

e:
fixing leaks, painting, plumbing, electrical issues/faults, fixing door locks, basic carpentry and maintaining hotel equipment ).
