Project Manager (Vehicle Weights £31.88/hr umbrella rateDo you have Project Manager (Vehicle Weights) experience, and are you seeking a new job in Gaydon? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Project Manager (Vehicle Weights), and the role comes with a contract umbrella rate of £31.88 per hour (Inside IR35).
In this Project Manager role, you will cascade and track vehicle weight requirements to System level and monitor status by interacting with System Engineers.
If you were already in this Project Manager (Vehicle Weights) role, here are some areas you would have been working in this week:Project management of Vehicle Weight targets and deliverables, including benchmarking for future target setting and balancing
Coordinate and chair Design Efficiency Reviews, using company and competitor data, to assist engineers in vehicle light-weighting status reporting and issue resolution up to management level
Coordinate the generation and maintenance of Vehicle Mass Properties models where required
To apply for this Project Manager (Vehicle Weights) role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
Mass Properties knowledge
Good presentation and communication skills
Experience in vehicle engineering, in particular the control of weight and target management
Whole vehicle engineering knowledge and cross-functional experience
Self-motivated and problem-solving skills
