    Job Purpose:

    As an IT Project Manager at Aston Martin, you will play a pivotal role in leading, planning, and executing IT projects that align with the organization's strategic objectives. You will serve as a crucial link between the IT department and business units, ensuring seamless communication and successful implementation of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.



    Key Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
    • Develop detailed project plans and track progress to ensure timely and within budget delivery.
    • Coordinate resources and manage stakeholders to integrate technology solutions effectively.
    • Monitor project performance and manage risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay updated on the latest IT project management trends and technologies.
    • Facilitate change management processes for smooth technology adoption.


    Qualification & Experience:
    • Demonstrated success in managing IT projects, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
    • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMP.
    • Hands-on experience in managing various IT projects including software implementations, system integrations, and infrastructure projects.
    • Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud technologies.
    • Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
    • Contract negotiation and vendor management expertise.
    • Problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous learning.
    • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
