Key responsibilities:


  • Build longlasting, profitable relationships across a range of clients
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Monitor Projects and handle any issues that arise as the project evolves
  • Demonstrate and deliver exceptional levels of customer service updating clients regularly
  • Organising and managing several work streams simultaneously
  • Assist with schedule management times scales of metering works/supply works
  • Responsibility, determination and focus to drive projects through to implementation
  • Confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Transact client enquires into tangible, project opportunities across multiple utility sectors
  • Support the sales teams with quotes and tendering processes
  • Occasional site visits

Skills and experience required:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Project / Account Management / Customer Service roles
  • Experience in the utilities industry desirable
  • Nextlevel client management skills, with excellent relationship building experience
  • Ability to analyse problems and offer solutions whilst demonstrating strong skills within project management, customer services and problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally
  • Computer literate, with ability to efficiently use a wide range of software including MSOffice
  • Good team player, selfmotivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Clear decisionmaker with ability to judge complex situations & assess when to escalate issues
