Customer Support Administrator


Location:
Lincolnshire


Salary:
£20,000


Summary:


Key responsibilities:


  • Actioning a range of customer queries and escalating through to full resolution
  • Maintaining and nurturing long term customer relationships
  • Ensuring customer accounts are correct and up to date
  • Data management (inc. producing reports where necessary)
  • General administration duties
  • Completing additional training as and when required by the company

Skills and experience required:


  • Excellent communication skills that are Customer Service driven.
  • Selfmotivated but can equally function as part of a team
  • Possess initiative and excellent problemsolving skills
  • Excellent time management skills, able to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks and
- objectives.

  • Able to receive direction and deliver against that direction.
