Are you passionate about people and enjoy building long term relationships? SHL is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join the Strategic Accounts team.

As our new
Customer Success Specialist, you will ensure that customers receive a best-in-class experience that guides the continuation and expansion of their relationship with SHL.


Key Accountabilities:


  • You will partner with Strategic Account Managers to organize and grow a portfolio of customers
  • You will be the first point of contact for strategic customers. Identifying training requirements and resolving client issues
  • You will identify and highlight upsell and crosssell opportunities and ensure relevant feedback/insights are shared with Strategic Account Managers
  • You will be a trusted partner and acting as the voice of clients internally at SHL.

About you:


  • Passionate about people and enjoy building long term successful client relationships
  • Great troubleshooting & investigative techniques, experience of working proactively
  • High standard of written and oral communication
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
