Our well-established client based in Colchester are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Advisor / Personal Move Assistant to join their team.
Duties:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound contact with customers
- Converting warm leads into conversions
- Working in a team environment
- Register client details and pass to relevant in branch teams to arrange meetings, updating the diary system and CRM
Experience Required:
- Customer Service/Sales experience within an Office environment
- Good communication skills and ability to manage a high volume of calls
- Good IT skills
- Good use of MS Word and Outlook
21k-22k DOE
