Description

Our well-established client based in Colchester are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Advisor / Personal Move Assistant to join their team.


Duties:


  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound contact with customers
  • Converting warm leads into conversions
  • Working in a team environment
  • Register client details and pass to relevant in branch teams to arrange meetings, updating the diary system and CRM

Experience Required:

  • Customer Service/Sales experience within an Office environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage a high volume of calls


  • Good IT skills

  • Good use of MS Word and Outlook
Tuesday-Saturday 9am - 6pm with one hour lunch

21k-22k DOE
