Previous experience working in a customer service environment would be ideal but your passion to deliver outstanding customer service is what we want.

Location and work pattern:


When it comes to how and when you work, we want all of our Benefexers to have the flexibility they need to find a working pattern that works for both them and the business, and we'll work with you at offer stage to do just that.

Whether you're looking for hybrid working, part time hours, or anything else, we've got people doing all of this and more.

We don't want the hours you're able to work, or the location you're able to work from, to be a barrier to anyone joining the Benefex team.


While this role will be worked predominantly on an office or hybrid basis, we are looking for someone who is able to attend our Southampton office on a minimum of 1 day a month basis.

Our interview process:


Benefex understands the need to have a fast and efficient process, the below will all be completed in the shortest time possible.

Initial informal call with the People team - 15 minutes
Online tests in numeracy and verbal reasoning
Interview with the Contact Centre Manager and the Employee Support Centre Team Leader - 45 minutes
Final interview with the VP of Customer Success - General Q&A, culture, and questions about us - 15 minutes.
