- Advise and coach Real Estate associates on business development tools and techniques
- Identify new business opportunities and support the business development process, including pitches
- Execute marketing communications strategies, including thought leadership campaigns and social media management
- Coordinate client events and manage directory submissions and awards
- Maintain content on digital platforms and manage marketing communication activities through the firms CRM database
- Strong business development experience, preferably in a professional services firm
- Knowledge of the real estate market is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Creative outlook with excellent project management skills
