Description

A leading international law firm is currently recruiting for an Events Executive on a permanent basis.

This role will be based out of the busy London office, offering a great culture, team and hybrid working policy.

This role will be vital to supporting various events, conferences and networking socials and the wider firm's growth. You'll be working extremley closely with the Event Manager who is also based within the London offices.

Key Responsbilities

Support on all areas of the events process, including any administrative tasks and follow up appointments.
You will work on the events fullcycle from taking a breifing, working with vendors through to feedback and debreifing.
You will ensure all events are communicated effectivley to the business to ensure collaboration within the firm.

About You

You will have prior knowledge and expeirence of working within a law firm or a professional services firm.
It is essential you have experience running in person, virtual and hybrid events.
You also have excellent project management, administrative and communicative skills both verbally and written.
