Are you a proactive and adaptable administrator looking for a temporary assignment to start the New Year? Have you been looking for an opportunity to gain experience in the higher education sector? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our client, a top London university, for the first two months of 2024.
Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the exams planning team in the setup and takedown of exams
- Provide cover for exam invigilators or exam assistants in case of absence, ensuring exams run seamlessly
- Organise and file exam answer booklets, and assist with any other ad hoc admin tasks as requested by the exams planning team.
- Assist the admissions team by downloading UCAS forms submitted by applicants
- Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the admissions team, contributing to the overall success of the submissions processes
Administrative Assistant Key Requirements:
- Strong general admin skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to adapt and take on various administrative responsibilities
