Description
You will be responsible for supporting the Parts Manager in the efficient running of the parts department including the showroom and goods inward area whilst maintaining effective and accurate communications between customers and the Parts Manger.
Parts Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Dealing with customers on a day to day basis whether face to face, phone or email.Manage existing customer accounts and build new relationships with customers to increase/develop departmental growth and exceed customer expectations.
Fantastic communication skills and customer facing experience are essential as you will be talking to customers both face to face and over the phone.
Knowledge and experience in either the agricultural, automotive or plant machinery industry.Able to work alone and on your own initiative.
Excellent Organisational skills and Planning skills.
